Real Food for Real Kids is a multiple award-winning company recognized for excellence and innovation, they are a leading healthy catering company for child care centres. RFRK proudly serves nutritious meals and snacks to over 15,000 children throughout the Greater Toronto Area every day. Their mission is to enable and inspire a lifetime of healthy eating and to have a great time doing it!
RFRK crafts, tweaks and plays with recipes to create delicious, healthy and affordable meals and snacks that kids love to eat. RFRK makes their own sauces, marinades, dips, and dressings dreamed up in their Real Food Kitchen. They bake their own cookies, loaves, and muffins. When they can't make it themselves, they partner with trusted suppliers who share the same food values.
RFRK provides PCH with 2 snacks, and a hot nutritious lunch. Most food restrictions and allergies can be accommodated by the caterer. All meals, snacks and beverages provided by RFRK meet the recommendations set out in the Health Canada document “Eating Well with Canada’s Food Guide.”
**PCH is a nut free zone and no outside food zone. Families and children must wash their hands before entering the programs due to life threatening allergies.**
